This page sets out how and when we ship orders, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If you'd like to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Most orders placed before 1pm (GMT/BST) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched on the next working day.
During sales, product launches and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate dispatch email with tracking details (where available) once it's on its way.
Delivery options and times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
They are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
- UK Standard Delivery — 2–4 working days. Free on orders over £25; a flat rate applies below this threshold (shown at checkout).
- UK Express Delivery — 1–2 working days. Rate shown at checkout.
- Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland — please allow an extra 1–2 working days for delivery to these areas.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order and the service you choose.
The final cost is shown before you pay.
Tracking your order
Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delayed or missing parcels
Occasionally parcels are delayed by the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest status.
- Check with neighbours and any safe places where the carrier may have left it.
- Contact your local depot using the reference in the tracking information.
If you still can't locate your parcel after 10 working days from dispatch (UK), contact us at max@ware-supplies.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Carriers usually require 10–14 working days before treating a parcel as lost. We appreciate your patience while this is resolved.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival.
If anything is damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at max@ware-supplies.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll put it right.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll be in touch to arrange re-delivery. An additional shipping charge may apply.
