How does the WARE refill system work?
Order a starter kit once — it comes with a refillable dispenser and your first refill.
When you run low, order a refill pouch on its own. Pour it into your dispenser and you're set. No more single-use plastic bottles.
What's in the starter kit?
Your starter kit includes one refillable dispenser and one full refill of the product you've chosen.
Everything ships in plastic-free packaging.
How long does a refill last?
That depends on how often you use it, but most customers find a single refill lasts around 2–3 months in a typical household.
Are the dispensers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing the dispenser with warm soapy water and air-drying it. This keeps the finish looking its best for longer.
Can I subscribe to refills?
Subscriptions are on our roadmap. For now, the easiest way is to reorder a refill from your account when you're running low — we'll have it with you in 2–4 working days.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If you're outside the UK, email us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched the same working day if placed before 1pm.
UK Standard Delivery typically arrives in 2–4 working days. Express Delivery is 1–2 working days. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take 1–2 days longer.
How much does delivery cost?
UK Standard Delivery is free on orders over £25. Below that, a flat rate applies and is shown at checkout.
Express Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to start updating.
My parcel hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First, check your tracking link and with neighbours/safe places. If it still hasn't turned up after 10 working days from dispatch, email max@ware-supplies.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back.
Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.
How do I start a return?
Email max@ware-supplies.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your parcel to.
Who pays for return shipping?
You're responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless they're faulty, damaged or were sent in error — in those cases we'll cover return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead?
The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, mention this when you contact us and we'll arrange it subject to availability.
My order arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
Sorry about that. Email max@ware-supplies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund — including return postage.
