We want you to be happy with every order.
If something isn't right, this page explains how to return it, when you can expect a refund, and what your rights are.
Our 30-day returns window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to let us know you'd like to return an item.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and in the same condition you received them;
- in their original packaging, with any tags, seals or protective wrapping intact;
- accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that can't be returned
For hygiene, safety or practical reasons, we can't accept returns of:
- custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items;
- perishable goods;
- sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery where return isn't suitable for health or hygiene reasons;
- gift cards;
- items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or in a used, damaged or incomplete condition.
These exclusions don't affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
How to start a return
Email max@ware-supplies.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your parcel to.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty, damaged or was sent in error — in those cases we'll cover return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can't take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email to confirm the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of inspection.
Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement.
Refunds include the price you paid for the returned items.
If you return your entire order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid — any upgrade to express delivery is non-refundable.
Where only part of an order is returned, original delivery charges are not refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
If you'd prefer a direct exchange, mention this when you contact us and we'll do our best to arrange it subject to availability.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at max@ware-supplies.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund (including return postage) as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under those Regulations you have a right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our 30-day returns window is offered in addition to those rights.
